Nullmailer with Google Mail

If anyone’s trying to use nullmailer to relay via gmail/Google enterprise email… STARTTLS isn’t supported yet!

  4. It now supports starttls apparently, if you can find good enough documentation on how the hell it does? I still gave up and used exim.
