Vodafone’s payment gateway literally sucks.
Paying through online or IVR is supposed to give you a peace of mind. Looks like Vodafone has no intentions of fixing their payment gateway issues.
I’ve had payment problems the last 4 times in a row. Outgoing barred for 9 days after making payment.
Payment from their website or Customer care IVR doesn’t really help us.
Looks like the only way to get your account credited is to run to a vending machine.
And yes, so many complains raised but the only answer you’ll get the next time is “As soon as your payment gets updated”.. So Vodafone guys, could you please get a life and fix us a better, faster payment system.
I am right now waiting for my payment to be updated past 2 hours.
